Will the couch fit through my door or hallway?
Yes. Because the GH2 Cloud is fully modular, each section ships separately in its own box, making it much easier to move through doorways, hallways, elevators, and staircases compared to traditional sofas. If you can fit through the space, your GH2 Cloud can too.

Can I move or reschedule my delivery date?
Yes. If your timeline changes, contact us as soon as possible and we can reschedule your delivery or hold your order before it ships. If you already know you’ll need a delayed delivery, we recommend reaching out before purchasing so we can confirm the timeline in advance.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
We recommend someone be available to receive the delivery, especially for apartments or condos. Because the GH2 Cloud ships in multiple boxes, having someone present ensures everything is brought in safely and accounted for upon arrival.
