Upholstered in a premium synthetic-linen fabric blend, each cushion is filled with an 80% feather and 20% high-resilience foam mix. This offers both plush softness and a supportive structure. A protective inner cover surrounds the filling to prevent feathers from poking through and to maintain shape, reducing sag over time. Additional foam is layered at the base of the sofa for enhanced comfort and stability.

1. Everyday Care
Give your cushions a light fluff every now and then to keep them cozy and full. Because the cushions are feather blend, they love a little shake to help them stay soft and supportive. This also helps them keep that plush, cloud-like look.
2. Small Spills and Spots
If you catch a spill right away, simply blot it gently with a clean, dry cloth. Thanks to the water resistant fabric, most liquids will bead on the surface, giving you time to wipe them before they soak in. For light stains, a mild fabric cleaner or gentle soap mixed with water works best.
3. Bigger Messes
Every cover on the GH2 Cloud, even the base covers, is fully removable and machine washable. Just unzip, remove, and wash on a cold, gentle cycle. We recommend air drying to keep the fabric looking its best and to prevent shrinking. Once dry, put the covers back on and your couch will look fresh again.
4. Cushion Care
Your cushions arrive vacuum sealed, so they may look a little flat at first. Once opened, give them 24 to 48 hours to breathe and fluff up. Over time, a little fluffing goes a long way to keep them comfy and full.

Is the frame sturdy and built to last?
Yes, the GH2 Cloud is built with a solid hardwood frame that is designed for strength and everyday use. It is rated to support up to 500lbs, giving you plenty of stability and peace of mind. While it is strong and durable, we recommend treating it with care, so please do not jump on it like a trampoline. With the right use, your Cloud will stay stable, supportive, and comfortable for years.
What is GH2 Cloud’s double rub count?
Our fabric is rated at over 45,000 double rubs, so it’s extremely durable for everyday use, families, pets, and high traffic spaces. Even with the high durability, it doesn’t make the fabric stiff, it stays soft, comfortable, and smooth to the touch.
How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?
Once you place your order, we get to work right away. Your couch is usually processed and shipped within 2 business days, and delivery takes about one week after that. In most cases, you’ll have your new GH2 Cloud couch in your living room within 1–7 business days after processing.
How can I keep track of my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your order is on the way, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your new GH2 Cloud couch right to your door.
Is the sofa stain proof or waterproof?
The GH2 Cloud is made with liquid resistant fabrics, so everyday spills like water, juice, or coffee are easy to clean up before they soak in. While the fabric helps protect against liquids, it is not fully stain proof, so certain spills may still leave marks if not treated quickly. The good news is that every cover, even the base, is removable and washable, making it simple to keep your sofa looking fresh.
Can I return my sofa?
We take great pride in the quality and comfort of our sofas, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping is always free, no hidden fees and no surprises. We deliver straight to your door anywhere in Canada with only a few minor exceptions. If you prefer a more hands-off experience, we also offer an optional white glove delivery service for an additional fee, but free express delivery is always available.
